Through Kinaesthetic Listening (listening to the body's response to e-motion, which is somatic awareness), we support Conscious Conception, Pregnancy and Birth as sacred rights of passage.

In each KMRT session, I gently guide this energy, helping you reconnect with your womb’s wisdom. It also uses somatic breathwork and somatic movement to release the emotional imprints that may be quietly shaping your conception journey.

This modality is a trauma-informed multi-dimensional somatic therapy that uses somatic breathwork and movement, energetic resonance through yoga kriyas, and deep listening to release stored patterns in the body. It supports women in reconnecting with their womb space, healing past experiences, and preparing to receive new life.
