Everyone who knows me will know how passionate I am about our "Sacred Pelvis", "Womb", "Menstrual Cycles", "Fertility" , "Pregnancy", "Hormones" and "Pelvic Floor" !!!! So, let me introduce you to gentle yoga practices that will empower you, restore your body, settle your nervous system, and reconnect you to your womb and the inner wisdom within. These classes will ignite your inner fire and replenishes your vitality and Ojas (like fire in your belly !). These classes are suitable for all women and there should be a class to suit you.
You see, we are cyclical beings so every phase of the Menstrual Cycle, or the Moon Cycles if you are no longer menstruating, holds a different energy pattern. We have hormonal shifts, we have different life stages and we are even affected by the seasons. We think of our wombs as a nuisance and have learnt to silence its power and medicate it. So its time to embrace your uniqueness and work with your Womb, your Menstrual Cycle, Moon Cycles and your Body. Re-connect to the power of your womb and your pelvis !
BEFORE YOU START THESE CLASSES...

To truly benefit from these yoga practices, I would strongly advise you to get a notebook, a cycle tracking chart or an app and start tracking your cycle. Mindfully listen in, observe and record everything about your cycle, energy levels, emotions, you are feeling, any pain and anything else that comes up for you. This can give you so much powerful information about yourself especially if you follow what your body is telling you. This is essential wisdom.
This information allows you to organise your persona life, your work life and your activities around your natural womb power. You will then find yourself flowing with the cycles, seasons and Mother nature. How great is that !
I will also be teaching you how to support your cycles and perimenopause through yoga and the lens of Ayurveda.
So what qualifies me to teach these classes ? I have completed studies on Ayurveda for Self Care course, Women's Health Coaching through Ayurveda, Ayurvedic studies of the Menstrual Cycle as a Soulful Doula and Feminine Cycles and Seasons through Ayurveda. I am also certified in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga.

Yoga for womb wisdom, creativity, and cyclical living
🌙Womb and Moon Yoga is a gentle, cyclical practice designed to support women in moving with the rhythms of their bodies and the phases of the moon. Each class will weave together intuitive movement, breathwork, and womb‑centred awareness, helping you to reconnect with your creativity, vitality, and inner wisdom.
Our classes will be guided by the lunar cycle, as we explore nourishing flows during the waxing, waning, new/dark and full moon phases. Suitable for every lady whether she is menstruating or not, these restorative practices and embodied rituals will honour your emotional, energetic, and hormonal tides. This is a space to soften, to listen, and to return to the deep intelligence of your womb.
Whether you are enhancing your fertility, tending to your menstrual or menopausal journey, or simply longing to live in harmony with your natural cycles, Womb and Moon Yoga offers a sanctuary of connection, grounding, and feminine empowerment. Each session invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and move in a way that feels intuitive, nurturing, and true.


a gentle descent into your body, breath, and stillness
This Yin Yoga class invites you to slow down, soften, and gently release the tension you’ve been carrying in the fascia in your body. Through long, supported holds and mindful stillness, you’ll create space in the body, calm the nervous system, and allow stress to melt away. This is a practice of surrender — a quiet place to exhale, unwind, and let go of what no longer serves you.
As everyone has different levels of flexibility, and because we stay in each posture for 1–5 minutes, please bring any bolsters, blocks, cushions, or straps that will help you feel supported throughout the class.


Mindful movement with the support of a chair
This Yin Yoga class invites you to slow down, soften, and gently release the tension you’ve been carrying in the fascia in your body.
