SUITABLE FOR FERTILITY & PREGNANCY, BUT WHAT IS IT ?

So, first of all, let's look at the word "Healing". It literally means "to make whole" and this wholeness is unique to each and every one of us. This is why, this is a unique healing experience where we focus on the whole you, body, mind and spirit and we will decide together, on the day, what you need. Very often ladies come to me and they don't really know what exactly they need. So with the Womb Cocoon Session, we will havea chat, see where you are at, and we will decide together what you need on that day, tailoring the treatment to you.
Each session will be 90 minutes in length.
Modalities we could choose from include;
Fertility Reflexology and because your jaw is sore from tension and you are grinding your teeth, we might do a mini Facial Reflexology also, to work the TMJ joint and jaw.
If you are very anxious, we could do some EFT Tapping or Picture Tapping Therapy to relieve the anxiety and lower Cortisol levels. We would follow this with a Reflexology treatment.
Maybe you are very stressed, we could do some somatic breathwork, visualisations and some Fertility Reflexology.
If you are going through IVF/ICSI, you might want a Reflexology Lymph Drainage to reduce the bloating feeling before and after Egg Retrieval and we could also do an IVF Visualisation for positive mindset.
We could go on a healing Shamanic Womb Journey through the womb to release blocks, fears or anything else you have going on. After this we could do some tapping for whatever comes up or a Reflexology treatment.
Chat !!! Yes, sometimes ladies come not knowing exactly what they want to achieve and how to achieve it. And sometimes a listening ear does the trick !
We may do some Womens Health Coaching and include Reflexology,
If you are pregnant and feeling anxious, we could do reflexology and either some somatic breathwork, or tapping or a visualisation.
